Why is it that when I force myself to get up early in the morning that I’m incredibly tired for about 20-30 minutes but then I feel fine?

How can I train my body to sleep less with no bad effects on my health? (Currently, I can’t control my sleeping habits & sleep a lot.)

Why are the muscles in my hands and arms so weak when I first wake up in the morning, and then gradually gain strength as the day goes on?
