Why do I feel so tired in lectures even though I enjoy the course and have enough sleep? Are there any tips to not feeling so tired?

What are tired symptoms about?

Tired – what it is? It is information (signal) your body sends to brain – “I has not enough energy to do what you ask me to do!”. Yes you can push beyond the limits, so you will be more tired – in extreme situation you may pay higher price.

Why you have not enough energy?

Simplest explanation – during rest your body should generate enough energy for the next day. If it is less than you have not enough sleep (7-8 hours +/- 1 hour) or your sleep is not refreshing – something is disturbing you during sleep (noisy environment, bed not comfortable, exposition to EMFs (electromagnetic fields), to worm (to cold) in your bedroom, something you are worrying about (stress), no fresh air in the room etc).

What’s the difference between being tired and being sleepy?

Feeling sleepy is a message from your own body send to your mind. In translation – “we need down time, so I (body) can do my maintenance task properly. It could be anything, but most likely it is generating vital energy.

Tiredness is a physical stage after mental, emotional or physical action. Not everyone acts the same, also interpretation of this could be different – e.g. feeling weak.
