Why do I feel tired in the morning even after getting proper sleep?

I go to bed at 11 PM, get up at 7 AM and yet feel tired. I’m a software engineer. I commute to work by train (50 KM, 3 hour journey). Been doing this for 2 years. Am I overexerting myself?

What is the difference between weakness and fatigue?

When you say – I am weak – it means that you do not have strength, firmness, vigour. In other words your muscles need more physical exercises. After serious sickness they can be weak too.

I feel very tired and sleepy what should I do to stay active?

Actually I have started my exercise after a long time of 5-6 months and have gained a lot of weight in the time period.

I just do 11-12 km of cycling in morning and 15 treadmill at moderate speed 1 hr before having my dinner.

How exactly does the body recognize EMF and fight against it?

Navigation sense for animals, birds, fish and humans was discovered explained and publish in research conducted in last century. In brain of mentioned above creatures is navigation system responding to geomagnetic field of the earth. Humans lost most of it in evolution process.  We evolved to use other senses and our brain is more advanced, so navigation sense is not very important anymore.
