What do I do if I constantly feel tired?

First you should go for a check-up with your doctor as it is possible that you may have health problems. It can be number of reasons for such symptoms.

If your health is “OK” than you may consider another explanation and solution.

What are tired symptoms about?

Tired – what it is? It is information (signal) your body sends to brain – “I have not enough energy to do what you ask me to do!”. Yes, you can push beyond the limits, so you will be more tired – in extreme situation you may pay higher price.

Why you have not enough energy?

If it is not related to medical field – doctor’s recommendations will not change anything.

Your resting should be effective enough to provide energy for following day. It is obvious that your body is unable to generate enough energy. It seems that your resting is distract by something.

From your question looks like this going for long time.

Do you really have a good sleep? Long or longer sleep not necessarily brings more energy. Some people sleep 10 – 12 hours and they are tired.

Most likely it is exposition to EMFs (electromagnetic fields). We are exposed to man-made and natural EMFs. Both affect us the same way.

Here is list of symptoms related to exposition to EMFs:

  • Moderate or severe fatigue and decreased energy
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Waking up feeling just as tired as when you went to sleep (regardless of sleep length)

What is wrong?

Your body tries to defend you against EMFs passing through seeing in them enemy like viruses or bacteria. It is prioritizing task. It drains a lot of energy from the body and fight with EMFs brings no results. They passing through not stopped. If you have energy like many people, this will go without your attention. Different situation is during resting time. Restored energy is used for this hopeless fight instead of “charging batteries”. Tiredness and lack of energy during the day is a result of the night fight.

Check the solutions and explanation – it may be that what you are looking for.

Links to solutions and explanation are also provided on “Symptoms” page.

This solution is patented and proven in every case during last 17 years. There is not enough space to explain all of it. Everything is explained step by step on our website and links to practical solution are on mentioned above “Symptoms” page.

Why does heat make me tired?

Your body need to have steady temperature (for healthy person it is in the range from 36,4 °C to 37,3 °C – very specific for each one) for normal functionality. Your body use cooling routine to keep it. This require increased amount of energy to do so. You are going to be tired if you have not enough energy to maintain it and to do all daily tasks.

As usually the first step is to check your health condition with doctors.

If your heath is in good condition you may check for other problems affecting your resting time.

Why you have not enough energy?

Very typical and in recent time common problem is the exposition to EMFs (electromagnetic fields). You may know that we are exposed to two types of EMFs. One is created by nature and affects us 24/7 and other we were able to invented and use with premeditation. Both of them are the same harmful not only for humans but also for any living creature.

In contrary to nature EMFs activity of human invented EMFs depends on specific nature of each source of them (e.g. smart meters, cell towers, Wi-Fi, computer routers and wireless access points, power lines etc.).

Symptoms of exposition to both of them are the same.

Unfortunately, exposition to EMFs during night sleep disturb efficient generation of vital energy. In addition to that created energy is depleted during fight with EMFs by your defense system. It is seeing in EMFs enemy like viruses or bacteria and try to protect you from invading EMFs.  This fight is hopeless. EMFs are passing through your body anyway.

How common is it for chronic fatigue to lead to impulsiveness?

It is very common. Number of cases for ADD and ADHD is grooving exponentially year by year. Check this link!

Chronic fatigue —>> lack of energy —>> frustration or/and depression/anxiety

Frustration —>> form of discharging it can be impulsiveness or hyperactivity (in extreme — ADD, ADHD) or opposite lethargic state (and / or depression).

All symptoms will be gone if you be able to have more (enough) energy. We observe number of clients (mostly kids) recovering from ADD and ADHD. Proper resting without exposition to harmful EMFs (electromagnetic fields) is a key to fast recovery and impulsiveness (ADD, ADHD) is a crying for help.

First thing first – check with your doctors. Maybe is something else if it is no reasons for your problems. One of the common background causes is exposition to EMFs. Solution — it is not about motivating but removing cause of your recent state of health.

Extreme fatigue – why you so tired?

What is this about?  It is information (signal) your body sends to brain – “I have not enough energy to do what you ask me to do!”. Yes, you can push beyond the limits, so you will be more tired – in extreme situation you may pay higher price.

Depression is another symptom related to EMFs.  Check this page http://chronic-fatigue-syndrome.microalpha.com/depression.html for explanation.

Your body tries to compensate negative influence of fatigue, anxiety and depression. This require above normal energy deployment.

You can say that each of them may trigger any other.

E.g. You may feel depressed or having anxiety if you very tired. When it is difficult to do what was easy in past than your brain may go into depression . . .

Your energy is drain out if for any reason you are depressed, so your fatigue is increased. The same is with anxiety.

Anxiety can be related to both depression and /or fatigue.

Much more interesting is why you don’t have enough energy to compensate any of mentioned above problems.

It may be related to luck of proper diet, vitamin and/or mineral imbalance or another medical problem.

You may have hormonal imbalance if you in puberty or menopause stage.

Or maybe your problem has origin somewhere else.

In many cases in background is exposition to EMFs (electromagnetic fields).

More on that and related information are here.

Is it normal that I feel tired during midday, while during the evening I feel active?

There are many possible reasons for that pattern.

Medical – e.g. diabetes, anemia, thyroid imbalance, mineral and/or vitamin deficiency and . . .  You should ask your family physician for thorough tests.

Psychological – like stress . . .

Physical – hard physical work etc.

Or maybe you are an evening person. Most of us are morning people, but some individuals reach best performance during evening hours.

It is another possibility.

Are you tired after night sleep? Maybe you are in place with heavy EMF exposition during work (school) hours?

If it is so than most likely your body response is related EMF exposition (overnight resting and/or during morning and afternoon hours).

More on tiredness and related information are here.

What are the normal levels of fatigue?

It is not such thing like a normal level of fatigue.

Fatigue is a physical or mental weariness resulting from exertion. In this case you use more energy you should and this lead to fatigue. Also this energy can be drain by stress or intellectual work, not only by physical exercise, physical work etc.

Converting it on human language – your body is begging for more energy. You should have a decent rest to restore energy buffer.

So, fatigue is a condition you can compare to fuel reserve in your car. You can drive on reserve to nearest gas station. What is the normal level of reserve? In normal operation you should have fuel level  above the reserve. It is the same with energy your body should have.

You should check your health with thorough medical exams if you have any level of fatigue. If everything is OK than it is another reason for it.

One of the possible and most common problems is explained on this website >>> http://chronic-fatigue-syndrome.microalpha.com

Why is it that when I initially wake up I feel refreshed but after a while I start feeling tired?

You can picture it like driving 200 km with fuel for 150 km.
