For an 18-year-old, what is the ideal time to go to sleep in order to wake up at 6:45 AM?

In this age body requires a good amount of sleep to do properly maintenance job, generate energy for the next day and be able to do everything required for growth.

When I’m lying in bed at night I get scared thinking that one day I will be dead and no longer exist. How do I avoid having these thoughts?
