Why is it that when I initially wake up I feel refreshed but after a while I start feeling tired?

What is “under stressing” and how is it related to fatigue strength?

Stress could be a good thing or bad too. It can stimulate you to more efficient work or push you down.

Anyway it is bad stress if it is responsible for fatigue or is increasing your fatigue existing state.

Why is it that when I force myself to get up early in the morning that I’m incredibly tired for about 20-30 minutes but then I feel fine?
