I feel very tired and sleepy what should I do to stay active?

Can you accumulate sleep “credit” the same way you accumulate sleep debt?

What is sleep about?

It is not for pleasure – I mean real sleep, not to go to bed . . ..

So, what is a purpose for sleep?

Like a car you, or rather your body needs “fuel” and regular “maintenance” to run smoothly through your life time. Sleeping is exactly designated for these two functions.

When you go to mechanic to do maintenance for your car – he can do (if he is honest) only what your car needs to be done.

Your body during sleep regenerating energy required for the next day and do variety of maintenance tasks you need to work properly.

Not everything will be done properly if you not allow your body to have enough sleep.

In contrary you will not sleep longer than needed (unless your body will be abused by chemicals or your action, it means that you need more time to do maintenance or refuelling if you sleep longer than average).

Why?

Your sleep may not be effective. It could be affected by different factors like stress, noise, lack of good fresh air, overheated or to cold in your bedroom; you are sick or even EMFs from your wireless router, smart meter or other sources of Wi-Fi and other EMFs.

In normal situation your internal clock wakes you up when everything is done. Normal not means that you need to go to school or work on specific time.
